Job description

Handle inquiries from a new customer or orders (once receive from the business team) and subsequently pass on to relevant department and ensure orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
 Assist in managing correspondence and communication with customers or supplier inquiries.
 To be the point of contact for 3rd party engagement for operation side – this includes new or existing OEM/Manufacturer, Supplier, Legal Agencies, Authority Bodies, and other business ventures to coordinate and report to the Head of Operation.
 Collaboration with other departments to ensure orders deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
 Assist in monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers and update accordingly to the Head of Operation.
 Assists in monitoring and resolving all issues in relation to the overall operations promptly.
 Develop a filing system to maintain all records and transactions, assist in preparing monthly reports, conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
 Responsible to support the Head of Operation at all times in regard to the stability of the operation and to perform ad-hoc operation jobs and tasks whenever required by the management team and when deemed suitable as part of the career progression.
