What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Analyst II on our Operations Service Management & Support Systems team, you have a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the service experience for our clients and colleagues. Collaborating with your team members and developers on an ongoing basis to turn ideas into reality. You will partner with Operations resources to assess and design new processes or process modifications to increase department efficiency, reduce risk, and enrich service.
What will you do?
- Liaise and provide customer service support for individuals requiring research, problem resolution, or securing information from other Operation’s departments, RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants.
- Provide ongoing support for monthly Salesforce releases
- Provide support for telephony application integration and enhancements
- Support Operations teams utilizing the Salesforce and telephony applications
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Creative problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to analyze and resolve escalated problems while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and firm policy requirements.
- Proven change leadership and change management skills.
- Interpret complex technical or operational concepts to design comprehensive solutions.
- Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
