Outlet Supervisor

- Supervise the day to day operations to ensure efficient and effective

operations of the outlet.

- Staff management and leadership including preparation and maintenance of

Rosters for all staff, recruiting, training, and mentoring the new staff.

- Maintain a professional environment in the outlet at all times and ensure

the achievement of all monthly sales and service targets.

- Maintain stock inventory on a monthly and quarterly basis A.

- Assist various special events and ensure the achievement of all objectives

of the events.

- Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Training will be provided

- Pengawasan operasi harian untuk memastikan operasi kedai cekap dan berkesan.

- Pengurusan kakitangan dan kepemimpinan termasuk menyediakan dan menguruskan jadual tugas untuk semua ahli, pengambilan/pelantikan ahli, latihan, dan bimbingan ahli baru.

- Mengekalkan persekitaran yang profesional di kedai pada setiap masa dan memastikan pencapaian semua sasaran bulanan dari segi penjualan dan perkhidmatan. "sales target"

- Menyelenggara stok secara bulanan dan suku tahunan.

- Membantu operasi majlis/acara dan memastikan mencapai semua objektif majlis/acara. "archery event"

- Menyediakan semua laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan.

- Latihan akan diberikan
