In operating more than 220 OHS Interim Managed programs across the country, CDI Head Start has supported the education and development of thousands of young children and their families. Parent Family Community Engagement/ERSEA Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Parent Family Community Engagement Manager to work as a part of the content area team of managers/coordinators/specialists to integrate Head Start/Early Head Start services for children and families. You will be responsible for family and community engagement and services to include social services, ERSEA, child files, volunteers and parent engagement, fatherhood as well as being the lead for child abuse and neglect related activities. Additionally, this position is responsible for oversight and development of systems to provide opportunities and support for growth of Head Start/Early Head Start families so they can identify their own strengths, needs and interests and find their own solutions. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of family services, health services, or services to children with disabilities. A minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies or other human services related field plus associated experience working with young children and families. One year supervisory/management experience preferred. Two years’ experience in case management preferred.
