Robert Half is seeking candidates for a BENEFITS COORDINATOR position with a local facility in Schnecksville, PA. This BENEFITS COORDINATOR will be assisting the Human Resources team and will be responsible for supporting employees and team members regarding company benefits. In this BENEFITS COORDINATOR position, you will be maintaining any changes and enrollments of insurance coverage, claims and new employee orientations. The BENEFITS COORDINATOR may also be responsible for also assisting with any other human resource-related tasks.þ Acts as a liaison with all insurance carriers, COBRA administrator, and Flex 125 Administrator.
þ Accurately completes monthly health, dental, life, FSA, COBRA, Employee Assistance Program, long-term disability, and other insurance billing.
þ Accurately enrolls and terminates health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance on a monthly basis.
þ Maintains current knowledge and trends of ACA, health, dental, LTD, Life plans, Flex 125 plans, Flex Spending Accounts, federal Family Medical Leave (FMLA) and Workers Compensation.
þ Accurately maintains and processes Act 93 cafeteria plan reimbursements, course approvals and reimbursements for tuition and vision submissions.
þ Accurately and timely invoices retirees and part-time staff members who purchase insurance.
þ Maintains and enhances benefit offerings and information
þ Develops and coordinates wellness programs/fairs
þ Ensures all benefit communications are accurate and updated annually.
þ Coordinates and prepares split dollar life, long-term disability and life insurance applications.
þ Coordinates COBRA notifications with 3rd party administrator and verifies coverage is accurate and billed appropriately.
Comfortability working part time
þ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
þ Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Compensation, Health Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance
