Job Description- To provide courteous and efficient service to the customer and workshop
- To check and identify spare parts correctly
- Provide quotation to the customer and workshop
- Supply the correct spare parts for repair job in workshop
- Maintain accurate record of goods supply and proper document filing as required
- Perform data entry of all parts ordered and received
- Maintain proper record of all parts received and stored
- Ensure all parts with proper label of part numbers prior to binning and keep parts in proper storage locations
- Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned
Job Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma/ Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering and/or certified as “Qualified Parts Process Specialist” or equivalent.
2. Preferably with minimum two (2) years relevant experience in automotive industry. Experience or exposure in B&P is an added advantage
3. Candidate with working experience in Parts warehousing/parts inventory control and profound knowledge of automotive vehicles and vehicle service in defined specialty will be an added value.
4. Ability to speak multi-lingual and to communicate with different level of people is an added advantage
5. Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
