Requirements:

• Background in the medical field is a MUST, but again, is not patient facing
• 2-3 years of experience in the field
• Experience working with doctor’s is required, and they would prefer to see someone with DME experience (durable medical equipment)
• Must be poised and professional
• High school diploma required

Essential Functions:

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Langhorne, PA 19047: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
