The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Facilitate payment operations processing and management (e.g. for DuitNow, IBG etc.), interbank settlements and reconciliations
- Resolve variances and disputes accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide inputs into payment system design and develop operations related documentation (including training materials) with key stakeholders
- Participate in testing and support implementation of payment system
- Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs and be compliant with internal controls and external regulations
- More than 8 years with Payments / Settlements Operations experience in a banking environment
- Working knowledge of IBG, FPX, DuitNow, RENTAS
- Experience with implementing payment process/workflow with IT systems an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and process development skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
