- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Process payroll using INFOTECH system and ensure timely and accurate calculation of all
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations
- Ensure accurate and lawful deductions of salary payment such as statutory contributions (EPF,
- Responsible for systems regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual reports.
- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard.
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance.
- Upload salary payments at the end of the month through online banking and ensure
payment is on time as agreed with client and stipulated by law and regulations.
- Register new employees (local and foreign) with relevant statutory body.
- Set-up, update and monitor employee e-leave database for payroll .
- Provide HR administration like prepare HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation
- Be able to answer Employees' queries on payroll.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for statutory audit.
- Any other HR related tasks assigned.
