  • Calculating employee work hours.
  • Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
  • This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared
services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
  • Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
  • Process payroll using INFOTECH system and ensure timely and accurate calculation of all
salary, arrears, overtime, incentives, and claims.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
  • Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
  • Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations
of income tax
  • Ensure accurate and lawful deductions of salary payment such as statutory contributions (EPF,
Socso, PCB and Zakat), insurance, over payment, payment in lieu and any other deductions
  • Responsible for systems regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of
reports for better decision making
  • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
  • Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual reports.
  • Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard.
  • Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance.
  • Upload salary payments at the end of the month through online banking and ensure
salary
payment is on time as agreed with client and stipulated by law and regulations.
  • Register new employees (local and foreign) with relevant statutory body.
  • Set-up, update and monitor employee e-leave database for payroll .
  • Provide HR administration like prepare HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation
letters, acceptance of resignation letter and maintain filing of personnel files.

  • Be able to answer Employees' queries on payroll.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for statutory audit.
  • Any other HR related tasks assigned.
Responsibilities may differ from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.
