We are seeking a front office greeter/check in/out representative for our busy Waxahachie Pediatric Dental office. The ideal candidate would be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, extremely patient and love working with kids. Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high energy environment. Must have previous dental experience. Our office works on Dentrix software, so experience is a plus. Pediatric dental experience and bilingual strongly preferred. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. Must be willing to work some Saturdays 8-2. Production based monthly bonus.

Responsibilities will include: answering phones, making appointments, checking patients in, taking payments, calling insurances, confirming insurance benefits, and other administrative/clerical tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
