Job description
- Lead process improvement to enhance HR’s productivity and employee experience.
- Own and assist with various HR projects, collaborate with different HR teams, when required, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Handling of day to day HR Operations activities, including, but not limited to Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle and Offboarding.
- Maintain an understanding of policies, procedures and regulations relevant to Human Resources.
- Responsible for ensuring full compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and be able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance.
Qualifications
- Candidate with a Degree is preferred however, those without a Degree but with relevant experience will be considered.
- At least 5years of relevant experience in handling HR Operations (Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle and Offboarding).
- Good in computer skills such as Ms Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Possess strong drive and enthusiasm with the motivation and credibility for process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and possess strong operations background
- Results-driven and able to work independently
- Resourceful, organized, flexible and highly self-motivated
- Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task
- Able to work effectively within a team
