Responsibilities: -

• Responsible to drive the Director safely and timely.
• Assist Director and office with all the duties assigned, including safely drive the Director's family members, visitors and business partners to and from designated places authorized by the Director / Director's Office.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and sanitize at all times.
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always well maintain and in good working condition.
• To send/collect company cars for maintenance when instructed by company authorized personal.
• Responsible to keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the director's car and travel.
• Keep a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
• Work as office admin assistant for send/collect documents instructed by office and workshop department, sending/pick up colleagues who perform out office duty when require.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements: -

• Experienced driver with valid license "Class D" and good driving records. Applicant with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field would be added advantage.
• Good working attitude, trustworthy, responsible and punctual to work.
• Follow and comply with all the road and traffic rules at all times.
• Familiar with travel in KL, Klang Valley and Selangor
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in basic English and Mandarin added advantage.
