Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to check the compliance with rules & procedures in force to the project.
• Provide piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases including tendering exercise
• Oversee all piping and mechanical equipment works at site
• Assist site construction team for liaison with home office engineering support teams for piping technical issues
• Monitoring and supervising the contractor to ensure that project engineering standards are applied and adhered to by reviewing the technical specification
• Provide engineering support to the site supervision team during installation, commissioning and start-up
• Ensures all activities are completed in accordance with company approved standards and procedures, local regulatory authority requirements, classification society and flag state requirements
• Completion of all applicable QA/QC and all other applicable documentation relating to closeout and completion specifically for the mechanical & piping engineering input required of the management of change or project work activities inclusive of Specifications and Standards
• Liaising and coordinating work activities with other discipline engineers to achieve deadlines and target objectives as required for the operations team
• Liaising with vendors to provide deliverables applicable to the change request or maintenance activity

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum with 5 years working experience in O&G and Petrochemical Plant
• Fresh graduates may also apply for junior position
