Planning Manager Your future position?

In this role you will lead the regional GBS Planning function, developing the organization, improving and maintaining efficiency and engagement to achieve the GBS objectives, in close connection with stakeholders and GBS Leadership Team. You will ensure consistency of functional and cross-functional objectives and the execution of all activities, observing performance and quality standards defined in service level agreements (SLAs).
This role reports to the Regional Senior Supply Manager GBS.
You will be in contact with the Global Solution organization, Global Supply Planning, site Planning managers, Demand planning and site Raw Material Planners.

Core Responsabilities:
Service Delivery
Contribute to the development of SLAs and monitor performance of the teams against performance/ quality standards defined;
Drive continuous improvement processes.

People management
Daily management of teams through direct reports
Set team performance objectives; monitor performance and take corrective actions to improve individual performance;
Provide technical guidance to team members;
Participate in recruitment of Team Leads and team members.

Technical standards
Ensure team members maintain appropriate levels of technical competence (training and development);
Contribute to the maintenance of processes;
Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures.

Delivery
Review and approve reports;
Manage difficult queries from markets and sites;
Manage relationship and communication with markets and sites.

Operations
Manage tactical and support daily operations in the (Global and Regional) Supply Planning and (Regional) Replenishment Planning areas.
Collaborate with Replenishment & Fulfillment Raw Material Manager to ensure seamless support and supply from alternative sources.

Your professional profile includes:
You have a Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
You speak English proficiently.

Professional experience:
7+ years of experience in Supply Planning
Min. 5 years of leadership experience in shared services and international environment.
Experience with large ERP system(s)
Operate in a dynamic and changing environment
Continuous Improvement training preferred
APICS CPIM/CSCP desirable
