One of the renowned electronic manufacturing companies in Klang Valley region is looking for a Plant Manager. This role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operation and equipment development. Lead as the decision-makers in the process of planning, proposing, implementing, delivering, deploying, monitoring, and operation management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and hands-on in SMT equipment and cooperate with clients on R&D projects and solution development.
• Defines the scope of Engineering projects and services and is responsible for the establishment and implementation of equipment plans.
• New technology pathfinding and continuing to innovate new solutions for improvement and technology enhancement.
• Plan, review, control and manage the activities of the plant and resources to ensure timeliness and quality of services delivery within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
• Conduct and lead issue investigation, troubleshooting, and work with the cross-functional team for solution implementation.
• Ensure good quality of code by conducting design reviews and recommending improvements.

Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in SMT machines (various systems various)
• Possess good leadership, good experience in project management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent skills in the areas of written and communication, interpersonal working relationships, leadership, planning, and organizing.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
