Basic Purpose: Maintain hotel grounds, pool, landscaping and parking lot in a clean, attractive and safe condition at all times.

Essential Functions:

• Maintaining pool chemicals and cleanliness of both pools and bathrooms
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck.
• Opening and closing of umbrellas and emptying of trash around the pool deck.
• Remove all trash from grounds, landscaping areas and parking lot on a daily basis
• Maintain grounds equipment in proper working order and keep equipment storage area in a safe and clean condition
• Look for and report any safety hazards

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to operate a leaf blower and other tools
• Pool knowledge a plus, will train right individual
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying required.
• Lifting salt bags 50lbs
• Frequent bending and kneeling required to pick up trash, pull weeds, etc.
• 100% mobility required at all times from one end of parking lot to another

Grooming/Uniforms:

All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Uniforms will be provided.

The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Hilton policies and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities.
