Job Description
- Provide process and mechanical engineering support to production, prepare new or revise manufacturing documents, drawings and interface with ERP system.
- Study product specification/requirements and design manufacturing process, infrastructure and information systems to meet requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and performs failure analysis for production processes and mechanical related issues.
- Perform Mechanical, Environmental and/or other product reliability testing.
- Drive continuous product/process improvement initiatives to achieve cost reduction, quality/yield improvement.
- Improve or develop manufacturing process control to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Participate in any products transfer, outsourcing, special handling or NPI project.
- Perform other assignments and responsibilities as required example ESD Compliance etc.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Material, Industrial, Mechatronics) or related discipline.
- High level in CAD experience, dimensional analysis (GD&T, tolerance stack up).
- Knowledge in Statistical Analysis or Chemical Analysis will be added advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal and listening skills, ability to work cooperatively.
- Analytical thinker; detail oriented, problem solver.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
