Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the COUPA system for some small entities in Japan and Taiwan.
  • Work with local procurement team to make sure all master data / process design are well prepared
  • Organise and establish proper documentations (Standard Operating Procedures, write specifications, reports etc) for change management.
  • Support the team in communication and training on the new solution.
  • Work closely with IT support to ensure proper system setup for the new implementation.
  • Document the processes and make them more efficient
  • Produce and track success KPIs (key performance indicators) to follow the implementation and progress of the countries.

Key Requirement:

  • 2~3 years + of work experience in project management, purchasing, buyer department or IT department or transformation project.
  • Good command in both reading and writing in English.
  • Motivated by transformational projects and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, target oriented and assertive personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 6 Months Contract Position.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
