Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the COUPA system for some small entities in Japan and Taiwan.
- Work with local procurement team to make sure all master data / process design are well prepared
- Organise and establish proper documentations (Standard Operating Procedures, write specifications, reports etc) for change management.
- Support the team in communication and training on the new solution.
- Work closely with IT support to ensure proper system setup for the new implementation.
- Document the processes and make them more efficient
- Produce and track success KPIs (key performance indicators) to follow the implementation and progress of the countries.
Key Requirement:
- 2~3 years + of work experience in project management, purchasing, buyer department or IT department or transformation project.
- Good command in both reading and writing in English.
- Motivated by transformational projects and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, target oriented and assertive personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
- 6 Months Contract Position.

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
