Job Description
Objective
Optimize inventory availability, quality and productivity in branches to meet customer expectation.
Strategies
Centralize branch replenishment
Use Slimstock capabilities to automate calculations on order quantity and proper manage on slow moving stock
Synchronizing operations to manage on replenishment flows (volume, quality and cost)
Scopes
- Manage Inventory Exception (Urgent, Pull in, Push out, Check, Excess)
- Manage Branch Replenishment through Slim4
- Manage Out of Stock Exception & Analysis
- Manage Excess Stock Exception & Analysis
- Manage Stock/Non Stock Status
- Manage Forecast Exception
- Data Maintenance - MOQ, Multiple, Review Time & Predecessor
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
A team player with a good sense of common goals.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Business acumen skill.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
