Job Description • Maintaining positive supplier relations • Evaluating supply options • Maintaining accurate records • Negotiating contracts & manage the procurement process for a wide range of raw materials. Job Responsibilities • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases • To handle logistic arrangement and update manager on status • To handle issues of complaints, rejections • Maintain record of purchase, pricing and other important data • Review and analysis all vendors/suppliers’ supply, price options and look for alternative sources • Ensure that the raw materials and supplies are of high quality • Maintain and update supplier list of their qualifications, delivery times and update on potential future development • Work with team members and manager to complete duties as needed and attending to urgent orders requests. • To perform other duties as and when assigned by Superior / Manager Requirement • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, or equivalent. • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Good communication skills, both verbal and written of Malay, English & Mandarin • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
