We are looking for a talented and experienced designer with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities

You create design solutions (wireframes, UI mockup) to solve user problems and meet business needs.

You use different research methods to get evidence to support your design decisions.

You work with a team of designers, researchers, writers, product managers in different phases of the design process and include their input to impact design outcomes.

You interpret data and research findings into design solutions and use different communication methods with stakeholders to influence them.

You contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all of the team's products.

You go end to end from design process to implementation and measurement to make sure the design team takes the right learnings for the next iteration.

Requirements

Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

More than 6 years of experience as a UX/Product designer, Interaction designer, Information architect, or similar.

Fluency in best practices in information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.

Experience designing applications with multiple user touch points.

Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.

Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent.

Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

Must be able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team in different locations

Must be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively.

Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.
