Responsibilities
Experience
Education
- Coordinate with project engineer on production equipment / tester readiness & schedules
- Follow up production equipment / tester testing and buy-off
- Carry out equipment / tester measurement, MSA and GRR on critical check point are per customer requirement
- Carry out production equipment / tester capability study on or before the initial mass production, if appropriate
- Prepare & monitor instrument calibration
- Perform production equipment / tester line installation and setup
- Prepare report / drawing for tester to customer for approval, if appropriate
- Conduct controls on inspections, test and measuring equipment and perform any job as and when requested by the superior
- Perform asset list & mobility report updates and monitor production equipment movements
- Ability to design jig & fixture whenever required
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawing and transform to product
