GeneralPurpose: This position must ensure proper time management of silos. The senior receiver must motivate and coordinate the receiving crew to maximize tanker reception while adhering to all GMP, HACCP, and plant policies and procedures. The senior receiver will audit tanker and silo CIP�s throughout the day to ensure all aspects of the cleaning process are completed, including testing of chemicals and documentation. Job Dutiesand Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to produce a quality product, while completing all assigned master sanitation scheduled items; The Lead Receiver is expected to promote safety, maintain a sanitary food environment, and strive to improve product quality; Motivate and coordinate receiving crew�s activities. Motivate the receiving crew and coordinate the events of the day to enable the plant achieve all receiving goals while maintaining time management of all silos. Unload tankers. Tankers must be unloaded safely and properly while achieving minimum established targets. Audit silo and tanker CIP�s. Ensure all aspects of the cleaning process are completed, including testing of chemicals and documentation. Load out cream. Load out cream while achieving all quality and customer requirements. Completion of all master sanitation and maintaining a clean and professional environment. Control loss. Actively seek causes and solutions to limit product losses. Follow and promote all plant and regulatory policies and procedures. Ensure all GMP, HACCP, safety and plant documentation and regulatory policies and procedures are complied with in the receiving area. Inspection of Raw Materials. Complete all necessary SAP entries during their shift; Complete all necessary training and development programs in production, quality, and safety;
