JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 监督生产流程及员工 Oversee the production process and supervise the workers
• 决定生产部所需资源 Decide what resources are required
• 成本估计及制定品质标准 Estimate costs and set the quality standards
• 必要时调整生产部时间表 Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• 监督产品标准及实施品质管理 Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
• 与各领导共同实施及推动公司制度及目标 Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• 确保员工遵守工业安全与健康守则 Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• 监督员工工作表现 Review worker performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 应征者需至少拥有SPM以上文凭 Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 需通晓马来语,英语及华语 Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 需至少拥有5年以上相关(家具业)工作经验 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
