Job description
  • Coordinate with CAMO for the scheduled and unscheduled tasks requirements and the associated equipment, material, maintenance data and facilities required in order to ensure the safe completion of the schedule maintenance work.
  • Participate in daily ATSR meeting.
  • Plan the required scheduled / unscheduled maintenance task and coordinate as appropriate with AM PPC Fleet Planner for the organizing of shift manpower in consideration to human performance limitations.
  • Ensure proper continuation or completion of scheduled maintenance tasks on handover for reasons of a shift or personnel change over, making certain relevant information is adequately communicated between outgoing and incoming personnel.
  • Coordinate the progress of task, check package and AOG recovery progress along with AM DE and PPC Fleet Planner to highlight any challenges and assisting in solving the problem.
  • Assess the man-hours utilization data report by AM PPC Coordinator to evaluate the manpower requirement.
  • Record man-hours data utilization and prepare end of shift Post Execution Report e-mail to Part 145 AMO management and respective CAMO management section.
  • Verify and vet through incoming / outgoing and completed documents prior acceptance from CAMO and AM to minimize Airworthiness Review Standard (ARS) error pickup
  • To ensure all AJL are accounted for all flights during daily basis and to key in flight hours and flight cycle entry into maintenance database from AJL.
  • To key in component removal and installation entry into MIS from AJL and DMI
  • Assist his/her superior as required.
  • To monitor and ensure data within OAS dashboard is updated.
  • To prepare and send out maintenance status reports to AMO and CAMO management as required.
  • To consolidate and plan for daily maintenance tasks and manpower requirement with LMC and TMC.
  • To plan, compile and coordinate with AM DE for evidences, executions and closure of the SHOR, SACA, SAFA and ARS Findings reports raised.
