1. Experience in manufacturing environment, petrochemical and
2. Familiar with Plant safety and good housekeeping, Plant rules and regulations especially in
petrochemical environment.
3. Ensure the operation and maintenance of EB and SM plant, tank yard, & utilities
4. Able to work for 8 hours-shift cycle
5. Able to work pro-long shift hours 8 + 4 hours during plan emergency,plant shut-down
maintenance
6. Teamwork, discipline and good attitude toward HSE compliance and company’s rules and
regulations

Job Description :
1. Daily responsibilities :
a) Patrol and inspect for defects, failures or abnormalities at areas of EB/SM process, utilities, tank yard and chemicals skids. Report any defects or failures to Superior.
b) Check and confirm operating status of running equipment and auxiliary system, valves positions, instrumentations by using prepared checklist.
c) Check, confirm and take necessary actions on equipment failures with assistance from Superiors.
d) Check and confirm local inventory of production materials and chemicals.
e) Confirm and carry out preparation work for equipment / machine maintenance and ensure its safe operation.
f) Confirm and carry out minor repair work such as strainer replacement or small leakages under superior supervision.

2. Carry out commissioning, start-up and shutdown of plant as required
3. Confirm and carry out planned safeguarding tests on process interlocks
