Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Program Administrator located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
  • Be the key customer contact for specific Products until End of Life (EOL).
  • Be the Leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT) who together will oversee and manage (if applicable) the daily production of goods and services for a particular customer(s).
  • Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
  • Monitors projects/programs from inception through delivery.
  • Confers with appropriate colleagues within Program Management, Operations and other Functions to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
  • Works with Program/Engineering teams to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection and related reviews and corrective actions
  • Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
  • May assist in metric development and tracking.
  • Be responsible for maintaining specific and program’s quotations. This includes any ECO changes, monthly/quarter component price changes, rework, repair, etc
  • Ensure Contract and service agreement requirements are adhered to by both Flex and the Customer
  • Ensure that operations and the customer work within the bounds of the contract or service agreement.
  • Work to ensure ‘ease of doing businesses between Flex and our customers
  • Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs
  • Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.
Here are some of our preferred skills:
  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a technical capacity.
  • Experience working within Manufacturing Industries.
