Job Requirement
Degree in I.T related filed
Diploma holder with related working experience also encouraged to apply .
Summary : Designs and develops computerized applications/reports to automate the business processes by performing the following tasks :-
Analyze, define and document business processes, controls and reporting requirements for improved I.T adoption within the Group.
Write and maintain functional and Technical Specifications for the Group approved I.T solutions.
Create test transactions and run acceptance tests to debug the solution and confirm the solution meets approved requirements.
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with regards to the supported solutions.
Monitor system performance of applications post go-live.
Oversees the I.T department to ensure smooth functioning of the daily operations.
Visit Camps, remote offices and subsidiary companies occasionally for system support, training and trouble-shooting with the end users.
Maintain the computers and related hardware for the company.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Driver's license: Car
