ï€ Prepare project folder, risk assessment and EHS induction training documents. ï€ Prepare project agreements for project staff. ï€ Leading project planning and kick-off session(s). ï€ Source required manpower, materials and equipment. ï€ Define and implement standardised purchasing process. ï€ Coordination of staff and other internal as well as external resources as per project plan and requirements. ï€ Ensuring that materials, tools and manpower are at site in the quantity, quality and time as required. ï€ Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary (continued improvement). ï€ Conduct regular quality control for work performed by staff and contractors. ï€ Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential. ï€ Ensure time records of all assigned project staff are recorded in the company's application and that time records are honest and true. ï€ Manage time tracking system (JustLogin), e.g ensure that all records are true and complete and prepare data for monthly payroll. ï€ Calculate Allowance and provide data to HR department for monthly payroll. ï€ Ensure compliance of all your with ISO requirements. ï€ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs ï€ Improve and standardise HR processes and keep documentation up to date. ï€ Support recruitment process , e. g. create job adverts, manage applications, schedule interviews, manage onboarding activities. ï€ Support with administrative and basic accounting tasks.
