The Role:
As the Project Assistant at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee the completion of the project within the set timeline. Your work will directly impact the quality of the projects.
What You’ll Do:
1. Schedule and ensure the projects are completed within the set timeline
2. Maintain and coordinate the calendars for the team
3. Update and maintain our project management system
4. Support the sales consultants with project preparation
5. Assist with accounts payable and receivable Liaise with our clients
Job Requirements
Who You Are:
1. Previous experience with project coordination or as a personal/executive assistant
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. High competency with computer systems
4. Ability to maintain a high standard of performance - attention to details, accuracy, quality, and timeline execution of tasks
5. Effective interpersonal skills
