Designation: Project Engineer for Intel Project
Reporting to: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Job Description, roles and responsibilities:
1) To understand the requirement for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
2) To ensure the site supervision and coordination of various trade in relation to all the works.
3) To monitor the site progress and ensure daily construction activities in accordance to work program.
4) To implement and ensure compliance in all works relating to technical, quality and Occupational Health and Safety of company.
5) To ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures in relation to all works.
6) To monitor the use of materials, in accordance to allocated quantity to avoid wastage.
7) To ensure the site survey such as level survey and setting out is carried out accordingly.
8) To assist Project Manager to prepare Construction Work Program, and Progress Report.
9) To check all construction drawings (hardcopy and AutoCad file) for discrepancy.
10) To prepare working drawings (Concrete Building Plan and Brick Wall setting out Plan) by coordinate architectural drawings and C&S drawings.
11) To issue construction drawings to subcontractors of all trades and ensure latest version used for construction.
12) To review for specialist subcontractors shop drawings.
13) To ensure all relevant technical knowledge are made available to the site staff.
14) To ensure all workers comply with Main Con and Intel’s Site Rules and Regulations
15) To attend daily TBM (Toolbox Meeting) by Main Con and comply all TBM requirement by Main Con.
16) To prepare Work Method Statement and HIRARC for all works, and obtained Main Con & Intel’s approval prior to start work.
17) To assist the construction manager in establish control plan for managing hazardous materials based on requirement of Intel’s Hazardous Material Control Plan.
18) To maintain the Solid Waste Management Plan and provide all necessary records to the Main Con.
19) To liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for continual good relationship.
20) To ensure the execution of site COVID-19 SOP in compliance to relevant authorities’ requirements.
21) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:
1) At least 3 Years site experience of RC structure, and Architectural works.
2) Working experience in Intel Plant will be advantage.
