Job description
Project Engineer – Digital Technologies performs duties pertaining to the design and service engineering activities for the Plant Health and Diagnostics (PHD) and ECOMAX product lines globally. This resource will also assist all digital product and service development for the Engineering department as well as internal and external customers. Responsibilities include product and feature design planning, performing tasks and actions to achieve long and short-term project goals, ensuring that these actions help projects stay within time and budgetary constraints, and compiling reports for the Chief Engineer, as needed. This resource will also support the central engineering team with project and cost planning and tracking tasks with an aim to centralize and automate tasks for efficiency and speed.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for upkeep and eventual automation of a global cost capture and cost reporting functions of the Central Engineering Department in collaboration with Finance
- Responsible for Upkeep and reporting of the global ESR too, in collaboration with Ethos IT
- Assist in Development of intellectual property associated with the Optimization & Upgrades (OAU) product line and digital technology.
- Provide technical support Digital NPI activities Globally.
- Assist in the supplier technical qualification process.
- Aid ongoing digital transformation activities and initiatives.
- Assist Development and implementation of future Product value-add service modules.
- Support development of edge data IP and products
- Support strategic and growth initiatives to position EthosEnergy optimally in the independent service providers marketplace.
- Technical support of internal process/service/product upgrades in the digital space
- Technical support of customer facing digital products and services
- Support development of digital business systems for process and efficiency improvements
- Support of strategic and growth opportunities where digital/technology-based solutions are impactful.
- Supporting existing ITO organization in market data agglomeration, digital tools, and opportunity creation activities, supporting key customer accounts, new customers, and potential customers
- Analyzing data and drafting reports for management review.

Experience
- 1-4 Years Experience in related technical field
Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in engineering related subject or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
- Perform office Tasks Domestic or International Travel if required #LI-Remote
