Project Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange special training courses for the crew based on site requirements.
• Attend complete orientation, introduction of superior, JSJD, clear scope of work and necessary drawing 2 or documents on First day of work on site.
• Closely supervises and monitors the work of the subcontractors in liaison with the Project team to
• ensure that the project proceeds according to the contract and deal with any queries, problems and claims that might arise. Chairs the periodic progress review meetings with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with client and other Contractors for the project interface activities.
• Encourages safety, teamwork and periodically visit all project locations.
• Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings.
• Involved in all site meetings.
• Liaise with site HSE personnel to ensure corporate policies, practices and procedure one met. Maintains close liaison with BU's, HSE users and other departments to ensure that all company
• procedures, especially HSE policies, are adhered to during project planning/execution and for smooth hand-over of completed projects.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Managing project scope and change control with commercial or without commercial impact.
• Monitor and ensure supervisor plan and instruct and monitor in DWI
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Plan monthly works schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
• Prepare MSRA
• Raise MCR / Bidtab and follow-up until delivery.
• Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan.
• Supervise/review/prepare all final reports including as built drawings, material reconciliation, close out,etc. relating to the assigned project Technical evaluation of vendor quotation.
• To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target.
• To instill ownership priority & timely manner at our culture to work safe and achieve higher quality.
• To lead and control the workmen to carry out task for installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning of process plant electrical and instrumentation.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: RM2,350.73 - RM6,335.76 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
