Overview:

The Project Manager will take lead the entire team with the responsibility of meeting all delivery, quality, and the cost objectives. The Project Manager will own and enable the communication and coordinate tasks between the client with a variety of cross-functional teams within the company to meet contract’s deliverables, provide services, and keep the relationship positive.

Role and responsibilities

Act as the primary client contact during all phases of the contract from client demand signals to delivery.

Ensure compliance with and delivery of all order commitments.
*
Understand customer requirements and communicate these within the company and tack the progress and issues via Gantt charts, dashboards, IDECO etc.
*
Drive company resources to fulfil contractual requirements including supply chain, training, manufacturing, quality systems, etc., training.
*
Monitor all clients supporting activity and provides regular updates within the company and with the client.
*
Oversees daily production about key metrics in delivery, cost, and quality.

Qualification

*
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, or mechatronics engineering, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
*
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Machinery & Equipment manufacturing industry with strong knowledge of manufacturing process and strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
*
High level of proficiency in project management, able to coordinate multiple goals, assignments, and priorities simultaneously with excellent organizational and communication skills.
*
Demonstrated experience and understanding of operations planning and MRP system.
*
Ability to interface, influence, and persuade a wide variety of internal and external personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM7,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
