Responsible to plan, execute, monitor and controlling of project.
To prepare master work programme for projects and monitor the progress accordingly.
To provide guidance to Quantity Surveyor on critical components / element in the contract and resolving the issue in terms of type of materials or methods.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with Project Team.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. •
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
ASTEEL Developement Sdn Bhd (ADSB) is primary involved in roof truss and roof
covering construction, building façade construction, industrialised building system
construction and property development. The company is founded on 13 September
2013, which started with manufacturing and sales of roofing and structural steel
products. Since then, ADSB has grown further in procuring contracts and has managed a few prestigious projects for client such as IBRACO, JKR Sarawak, Council and etc.
The company is CIDB registered Grade G6 Contractor, whom is also a panel contractor
for industrialised building system using AGIBS Wetwall system.
