Overview
So what is your role about?
- Development of project WBS, resources planning, tasks sequencing, tasks duration estimation, project milestone & project scheduling.
- Develop project Physical Progress and Financial S-Curve.
- Develop Physical Progress measurement methodology.
- Tracking and reporting project physical progress and conduct actual physical progress verification at site.
- Conduct delay analysis, prepare project recovery plan and extension of time (EOT).
- Develop and monitor trades’ productivity.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress reporting.
- Other related job functions.
- Strong communication skills including reporting and presenting.
- Good knowledge in planning and understand constraints in construction works execution.
- Relevant IT skills including good knowledge in Planning/Control software such as MS Project.
- Having knowledge in Document Control, Risks Management and Knowledge Management is an added advantage.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 8year experience in related field
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering field from recognized university, preferably in Civil Engineering
