Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveyor/ Building Science/ Mechanical

2. At least 3- 5 years’ experience in the related field

3. Expert knowledge in project scheduling and Microsoft Project

4. Alert and detailed oriented person and a committed, motivated

5. Knowledgeable in the infrastructural works like earthworks, railway tracks, road and bridges is an advantage.

1. Responsible in developing and managing project schedules

2. Preparation and evaluation of project schedules including M&E works, T&C, IQ/OQ, CCC, etc into Master Schedule as well as incorporating detailed schedules involving vendors and contractors

3. Preparation and evaluation of project schedule and performance by comparing the actual work performed against the initial plan

4. Updating schedules and coordinates with all parties (Project Director, Project Manager, vendors, client, etc) of delays and its implications to a time claim.

5. Preparation of reports on timeline matters to Project Manager, Project Director and client

6. Identifying the variances of the schedules and provide the recommendation to accelerate completion of the work or measurements to avoid the potential delays

7. Logical concept of sequences of works

8. To update the project status and provide key data to the Management

9. To assist on other duties as assigned by the Project Manager/Director
