Open for Bachelor's Degree graduates and above ONLY.

Job Scope:
1. Assisting in the Facility department's task management.
2. To manage the facility help desk by communicating with requesters & coordinating with technicians as needed.
3. Assisting Senior Technician(s) in monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), to ensure all tasks are on schedule.
4. Monthly reviewing Risk & Opportunity and Risk assessment for Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), to ensure compliance with all regulations.
5. Monitoring KPIs for the Facility department (Work Order (WO) requests, utility consumption, waste generation & paper usages, etc.).
6. Compiling facilities findings, meeting the person in charge & follow up progress.
7. Assisting & coordinating visiting guests and vendors upon request.
8. Documenting Facility & Security department's paperwork (Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Invoice, etc.).
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting superior.

Degree in Security Services, Environmental Protection, Facility Management, Community Sanitation, Occupational Safety and Health or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at KLIA, Sepang.

Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
