Job Scope:
1. Ensuring supplier invoices are properly approved by the authorized signatories and registered within the SAP system on a timely basis.
2. Ensuring suppliers invoices with discrepancies are resolved on a timely basis.
3. Performing monthly supplier reconciliation with supplier's statement of account.
4. Ensuring staff claims are properly approved by the authorized signatories and registered within the SAP system on a timely basis.
5. Assisting in annual corporate tax filing.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting superior.

Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at Subang Airport.

Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
