Job Scope:
To plan & organize MRO planning & spares in accordance with company, customer and airworthiness requirements.
1. Manage to support project / inspection / over & above from initial to end for MRO regional country & local customer & long term retrofit
2. Manage & support request of work shop activities/ local technical assistance for external customers (ex: Blade repairs/Battery checks, etc)
3. Manage to support the MRO spares ordering/drumbeating/monitoring
4. Manage to support the MRO replenishment stock (consumable shop/workshop/bench stock)
5. Manage to support tools rental request for MRO & external customers & responsible for tools calibration arrangement
6. Support & assisting invoicing activity for MRO projects & monthly services
7. Manage & support to ensure the MRO work account completely close with accurate information and monitoring the man hours for efficiency
8. To assist to prepare the check timeline and to update on daily basis before and during the check
9. To maintain close communication with various department in ensuring smooth implementation of planned work and target and to ensure issues are resolved accordingly.
10. Carry out any other task as directed by the superior

Degree in Aviation / Aircraft Engineering, or any related
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft softwares

Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
