- Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated laboratory equipment. - Managing on-site spare parts and request replenishment as needed. - Keeping up-to-date on maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. - Maintaining daily communication to principle and follow up with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up - Performs diagnostic routines, reports finding and give recommendations in order to improve system reliability and durability. Requirements: - Protege Program (Ready To Work) - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering / Biomedical instrumentation - Good time management skills, problem resolution, creative thinking skills - Ability in multi-tasking and work productively in a pressurized environment. - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate or responding to customer concerns. - Possess own transport and willing to travel Employment & Benefits: - Contract (12 months) under Protege Program-RTW - Monthly basic allowance RM2000 - 5-day work week - Paid annual leave and sick leave - SOCSO & EIS contributions - Training will be provided
