• Undertaking legal research and assisting with preparation of draft advice and submissions

• Attending court in particular hearing and trial
• Minimum of 2 years practise

Job Description for Conveyancing

• To handle conveyancing matters including sale (developer-sale & sub-sale), loan (financing and re-financing) documentation, with or without title.
• To attend to status reports and update file status.

• Possess a Law Degree with a view to practise

• Possess a valid Practicing Certificate
