Remuneration: Basic Salary

Responsibilities:

• Perform sourcing and purchasing activities

• Negotiate and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery timeline, quality, service, etc.

• Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers.

• Correspond and communicate with suppliers and departments regarding product quality, services, and complaints.

• Responsible for maintaining document filling and verifying invoices before submission to the related department.

• Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues reported by QC/ Production.

• Handles adjustments with vendors involving replacement & rejection of materials not conforming to purchase specifications.

• Any other duties will be assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

Requirement

• At least with 2 years’ experience

• At least Diploma certificate
