Job description

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiation and procure materials for projects requirements
• Reviewing/studying materials spec compliance to meet project requirement
• Prepare Purchase Order
• Supervising Purchasing Assistant
• Support and coordinate with Site Purchasing
• Updating and maintaining Suppliers / Subcontractor Fact Sheet
• Assessment and Evaluation of Suppliers / Subcontractors
• Updating and maintaining List of approved Suppliers / subcontractors
• Monitoring materials delivery schedule
• Coordinate with Project Site for materials requirement
• Updates PO Transaction, generating Purchasing report
• Any task assigned / delegated by Department Head
• Maintaining and Updating IMS documents

Qualification

• Minimum Degree or relevant qualification
• Minimum one (1) year or more relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good management skill, result oriented, hardworking, able to communicate well with suppliers and sub-

contractors

• Good Self-initiative to learn as internal & external training will be provided so as on job guidance
• Strong negotiation skill ,resourceful and good general knowledges
