Job Description:

• 负责浮法玻璃的质量控制,根据相关标准判定玻璃质量级别
• Establish and maintain Quality Management System.
• 负责制定浮法玻璃检验流程制度及检验操作规程。
• Responsible in development of float glass inspection process system and inspection

operating procedures.

• Understand customer quality requirement and translate the requirement to related

internal document for implementation.

• Develop and monitor Performance Metrics for all stages of production process.
• Participate in FMEA and Control Plans development and review.
• Inspect the quality of raw production materials, outgoing product and enhance quality

through providing necessary tools, templates or gauges for inspection.

• Run various tests on current or finished products to ensure zero product problems.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest solution if encounter any problem.
• Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant

to manufacturing processes.

• Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error;

determining levels of confidence.

• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data; making

recommendations.

• Drive, resolve and respond to Customer Complaints & customer feedback.
• 负责浮法玻璃检验人员的管理及月度考核。
• Conduct training to inspector and leader upon release of Inspection Plan.
• Support NPI buyoff for new products.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liase with China counterpart
