Job description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Establish the overall requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes and finished products including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOP’s qualifications of raw material suppliers.
- Establish and maintain policy for documentation of all products, processes, QA manual control, amendments and revisions.
- Lead, motivate, train and coach the QA team to achieve the desired QA department goals and objectives.
- Conducts internal quality and environment audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards including legal compliance and customer expectations.
- To plan, manage and coordinate QC activities to ensure achievement of desired product quality.
- Review product and processes, products or QA standards where warranted.
- To attend to customer quality complaint and identifying customer expectations.
- Ensuring the GDPMD regulatory compliance system is established, implemented and maintained.
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the GDPMD regulatory compliance system, as well as to identify and correct deviations from the established GDPMD regulatory compliance system.

- Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Malaysian medical device regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring company compliance with applicable customer requirements, legal requirements & company certified systems.
- Degree or above 5 years experience in related field.
- Preferably specializing in Printing & Packaging Manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in various problem solving techniques and familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
