Primary Function:
Responsible to support and execute rework on defects, rectify customer’s complaint at site within stipulated lead time to ensure cosmetic requirements and functionality check within the given specifications are satisfactory fulfilled.
Responsible for at site correspondent to ensure trouble shooting on technical issues are communicated, verified and executed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection on the parts delivered to customer’s site;
• Identify and verify defects;
• Perform rework and cosmetic requirements task;
• Trouble shoot and problem solve technical issues;
• Act as contact person to communicate with customer and TTM operations;
• Familiarize with the customer’s specifications;
• Report and notify the superior on any unusual occurrence/findings;
• Record, maintain and keep on site operation records effectively;
• Load and unload parts for rework;
• Manning equipment including forklift or reach truck;
• Training at Johor for 2 months and will be stationed in Singapore;
• Any other assigned job from the superior.
