Job description
Job Responsibilities 1. Develop an operation result target & KPI indicator; 2. Review the existing problem & provide improvement plan in all aspects of gateway, such as inward and outward gateway, mis-routed, mis-delivery, loss, damage, etc.; 3. Review the existing problem & provide improvement plan for all links outlets, such as timely collection, timely delivery, and timely receipt; 4. Audit, control and follow-up analysis of abnormal fluctuations of various data in the module; 5. Review and release the daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the quality control of the agency area; 6. Responsible for the prepare reporting, goal setting and monitoring on improvement implementation of the entire network timeliness and KPI target. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Data Analytics or any related field. 2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. 3. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills. 4. Strong in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Has knowledge in Excel function such as Vlookup/Hlookup/Pivot Table/Pivot Chart is a must. 5. Able to make analysis, identify problem and find the solution. 6. Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision. 7. The candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel . 8. Required language(s): Malay, English and Mandarin. 9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 10. The candidate must be willing to work in Seberang Jaya, Penang.
