Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
2. To drive improvement activities with production, engineering, purchasing, and PMC.
3. Ensure all workflows, processes, and products comply with specifications and customer requirements.
4. To monitor and lead in new processes / new product qualifications and methods by minimizing the rejection/scrap.
5. To ensure the implementation and execution of SPC and ERP systems.
6. To develop, set up, and follow up on nonconforming products internally or with customer complaints.
7. Lead quality issue resolutions team to identify the root cause and establish an effective corrective action plan either internal or external complaint
8. Ensure all workflows, processes, and products comply with specifications and customer requirements.
9. Act as a document controller for developing, revising, and maintaining quality documentation in the company.
10. Perform supplier and internal audits and participate in customer audits by following ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
11. Handle all internal and external calibration matters on all testing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Quality/Material/Chemical) / Science / Business Studies / Social Science or equivalent.
2. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of Quality Principles and familiarity with ISO 9001& ISO 14001 implementations
4. Knowledge of QC 7 TOOLS, SPC, Six Sigma Black Belt, TQM, 8D
5. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
6. Computer literate – Excel / Words / PowerPoint
7. Candidate must be willing work in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.
