Job description

Planning

· Perform daily QC job according to supervisor arrangement and ensure it meet company specifications.

Organizing

· Execute QC processes and work flow, adjust schedules and make sure the QC inspection on time return back to store.

· Maintain working environment according to 5S requirement.

Staffing

· Provide guidance to enhance the junior workers competencies to produce product that meet customer’s specification and requirements.

Controlling

· Monitor reject rates and feedback to respective department to improve supplier quality and performance.

· Ensuring all parts are going through proper Quality control procedure for quality control and assurance for each process.

General Responsibilities

• To ensure the confidentiality and security of all the NSW’s documentation and information.

• To attend training/refresher courses and meetings as required by the superior/department/NSW.

Standards and Policies

· To ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System within the department and in the team/project.

· To promote and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety and Welfare policies across NSW.

· To participate in all self-assessment and quality procedures required by NSW in order to implement the initiative needed to support the Vison, Mission and Objectives.

· To be committed and demonstrate all the required behavior to cultivate NSW’s culture as per the Values at all time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,572.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Maung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
